ill have to accept my fate. there-is nothing after this body dies.im scared of drying how do athiests handle it? even in eastern philosophy.the goal is to cease to exist.

You don't have to accept your fate. Christianity shows us how humans are significant and life is meaningful, very different from the atheist position that we're just chemicals and then it all ends. If you are sensing that there's more to life than living and dying, you are sensing the same truth that billions of others have realized: we're NOT just chemicals, the goal is nobility not ceasing to exist, and your fear can be assuaged.
