Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one attains Heaven except through Him. "The hope of glory" is the consummation of our salvation that results in our being in the presence of God for eternity. Romans 8:18: "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us." It is the glory that will be revealed when we see God face to face and inherit all that He has for us.
