We have no clue how many chances Satan and his demons were given. Even if you assume that Isaiah 14.12 & Ezk. 28 describe Satan's fall (which I don't), it still doesn't tell you how many chances God gave Satan before his rebellion.

After a while, even people come to the point where they will reject God no matter what, and even if someone comes back from the dead they will not repent. So also, obviously, with spirit beings. With some people, and some beings, there comes a point of no return.

Why did Satan not get a second chance?
