None. There are true Christians and false Christians in all of the denominations. Salvation is an individual matter. In ancient Israel, there were Jews who were godly (Joshua and Caleb, for instance) and those who were corrupt (Korah, for example). One could never say they were all blessed or all bad. There were true prophets and false prophets. There were true followers of Jesus in the NT church and false followers. There are Christians (true believers) and non-Christians (fakers) in Pentecostal, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Messianic Jews, Catholic, etc.
As far as Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses, they are not considered Christian since proponents of both sects deny the deity of Christ, his atoning death on the cross, and salvation by grace through faith.
