No, we don't sin 24/7. The Holy Spirit is working in us to sanctify us, and so presumably we sin less and less all the time. We never get to a point of perfection, but sin becomes less a part of our lives the more we are sanctified. Romans 6.2 affirms that as Christians we should be sinning less the further we go in our Christian walk. Since we have died to sin, we don't keep doing it. There are many other passages that say the same thing.
