Does the Old Testament does forbid tattoos?
Considering his teaching in Matthew 15:11, maybe the son od God may not disagrees
“You will not make cuttings in your flesh, for the dead, nor print marks on you” (Leviticus 19:28)
But remember Jesus said when asked about another rule in Leviticus concerning 'clean and unclean foods' He disagrees with the Leviticus rule by saying
"What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.” (Mathew 15:11)
I also wonder if the Bible forbids things like long hair in 1 Corinthians 11:14-16 or shaving your hair in 1 Corinthians 11:6 or against shaving your beard like in Leviticus 19:27
