You have some misunderstandings that I'll comment to clear up, and I'd be glad to discuss them more.
> So why did god intervene is barbaric middle east only 2 thousand years ago
The story of Abraham comes from 4000 years ago. The story of Noah is from an unknown chronological time before that, and Adam & Eve were before there. God has been intervening for much longer than 2000 years.
The Middle East was no more barbaric than our world. If you take into account Adolph Hitler, Josef Stalin, Idi Amin, Pol Pot, Saddam Hussein, ISIS, and Joseph Kony, among many others, we can readily see that our world is just as barbaric as theirs was.
> when humans had been raping, pillaging, and dieing of horrible diseases
It's a problem of humanity. We have in our world and era our own tragic share of sex trafficking, human enslavement, Covid-19, ISIS beheadings, and human rights abuses.
> was god just indifferent for 96.. 98k years... n then he cares..
There's no indication God was indifferent. I would guess you don't have any evidence of God's involvement or non-involvement, which makes a statement like yours without support.
> oooh but you can rape but not eat meat
The Bible never gives permission to rape, endorses rape, justifies rape, or excuses it. Nor does the Bible forbid the eating of meat. So I don't really know where this comment is coming from. Let's talk.
