No, Christians one't honestly believe that modern man walked with dinosaurs, and no, we don't completely disregard carbon dating. I believe in evolution, but I believe in guided evolution, not in scientific naturalism. It's my understanding that dinosaurs were long before humanity (dinos at 65 mil years ago, humans at 2-6 mil years ago). And I accept carbon dating. Occasionally I read that some aspects of carbon dating are questionable, but as a whole it's a reliable measure of the age of organic remains. Wikipedia says, "Radiocarbon dating is generally limited to dating samples no more than 50,000 years old."
