The idea behind Christians seeing themselves as sheep (in the presence of God) is that God is viewed as provider, director, and protector. It's more a statement about God than it is about Christians. You'll see the next phrase in Ps. 23.1: "I shall not be in want." And the next: "He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters."

Ps. 23 - Are you a sheep?

If the lord is your shepherd, that technically makes you a sheep

Just a small epiphany I had today. Never saw it this way before... When he is ever been a good thing to be considered a sheep? Who in their right mind would want that?
