In the wake of the George Floyd murder, there is a lot of talk about "systemic racism": the idea that racism is built into our systems: our training of personnel, our business models, our educational approaches, our financial practices—virtually every part of culture.

Let's talk about that. It's beyond doubt that racism is part of individuals, but how is it part of our systems?
