The anti-Christ is guilty of the unforgivable sin. The unforgivable sin (Mk. 3.29 and parallels) is not a single event of making an insulting remark or a wrong attribution, but a sustained stance of opposition to Jesus. It's a persistence is deliberately misrepresenting who God is and what He does. It's a conscious and wicked rejection of God's gift of salvation. It's defiance against Jesus and His purposes on earth.
By your own reference (Rev. 13.6), the antichrist blasphemes God, which is an act of disrespect, defiance, and misrepresentation of His being. He slanders the name of God, which is to attribute to God actions that are untrue. He makes war against the saints (Rev. 13.7), which is to actively oppose God's purposes on earth.
