Truth, by definition, is very narrow. Only 1 note on the piano is middle C. Of all the possible numbers, 2+2 only equals 4. We can have all kinds of theories about what happened to Amelia Earhart, but if we ever find out the truth, there will be one right answer over the thousands of theories. Truth has a laser kind of focus to it.
We think Christianity is true for many reasons: the person of Jesus, its picture of God, its historicity, the evidence to support it; the Bible presents the world as we see it (joy, evil, nobility, cruelty, etc.); it engages the whole person (mind and emotions); it makes sense out of history and science; it teaches purpose and hope; God truly changes lives, and dozens of others.
It's not just religious belief, blind faith, or wishful thinking. It's all about reason, evidence, historicity, and life-change.
When you compare Christianity to Hinduism and Islam, the others just don't hold water like Christianity does. Hinduism denies reality, suffering, and evil; Islam has a god who is unknown, impersonal, and unknowable.
We can talk more as you wish, but this is a brief summary of my thoughts.
