How did all the different races come from Noah and his family in just a few thousand years?

How did all the different races come from Noah and his family? Why did God split them all up? Like one day they had a couple black children and they sent them down to Africa? One day they had an Asian looking kid and sent him to Asia?

They didn't. The Bible never makes the claim. Gn. 9.19 says they were the ancestors of those who were scattered, presumably the group mentioned in Gn. 11. No one knows how races came about, and the Bible makes no claim about it, either.

Are you saying Noah's sons were in interracial marriages?

The Bible makes no claim or assertion about the race of the wives of Noah's sons. It says nothing about race.
