Who did Adam and Eve's kids have kids with?

There are many Christians who do not believe that Adam and Eve were the first human beings, but instead were the first human beings God revealed himself to. In that case, Adam & Eve's kids had kids with the other homo sapiens who were around.

You'll notice in Genesis 4.17 that after Cain got married he was in the process of building a city. Ya don't need a city for a handful of people. Taking the text both literally and reasonably, there were other humans around. The term "city" wouldn't be the right word unless it was a settlement of some size for many people. So the text implies that there were many people around.
