Rev 18:2,4 Get out of her my people. How are true christians able to get out of her, if they do not know what it is?

Rev 18:2
And he cried out with a strong voice, saying: “She has fallen! Babylon the Great has fallen, and she has become a dwelling place of demons and a place where every unclean spirit and every unclean and hated bird lurks! -nwtsty

And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. kjv

Rev 18:4

4 And I heard another voice out of heaven say: “Get out of her, my people, if you do not want to share with her in her sins, and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues. -nwtsty

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. kjv

The scriptures refer to our time, since the ancient city of Bablon was destroyed centuries after the apostle John wrote those words in Rev. 18:2,4

Babylon is a symbol for world systems oriented against God: worldiness, secularism, atheism, militarism, consumerism, materialism, humanism, etc. "Babylon" was lived out in Babylon, Rome, and some would say in our modern world even in America, the Vatican, corrupt political, religious, philosophical, and ideological rebellion against God's truth.
