We should not remove any verses from the Bible, nor should we add any (Rev. 22.19).
As far as this Ezekiel text, it's certainly not something for a children's Sunday School class!
In Ezekiel 23, God is depicting his relationship with Israel in a sort of living parable (as is clear in Ezk. 23.4). God was the faithful husband, and Israel was the adulterous wife—a prostitute, actually. Ezekiel 16 has a similar theme and tone to it. God is making the point has Israel has taken His gift of love and goodness and leveraged it like a whore for her own pleasure and gain. We don't cut these out of the Bible, but rather learn from them how our spiritual infidelity to the true God grieves Him and is self-destructive on our parts.
