I think I’m going insane, do you think god can help someone who’s fallen so far?

Yes, God can help. The depth of the fall is not as significant as the sincerity of your quest for God's help. For God, an inch is the same as 1000 miles when it comes to His presence and help in a time of need. A mountain is no more an obstacle than a piece of paper.
