To me it’s astounding that some people think the Constitution tells us everything about what will go on in our country and what won’t. Does the Constitution really tell us whether we should allow offensive trademarks? About bump stocks? Instead, the Constitution tells us more or less the “Roberts Rules” of how the country is supposed to be set up and run. It’s supposed to be the wisdom of the people to tell us what to allow in our country and what not.
