I agree with Troberman that Romans 5.12 says sin came by one man, Adam.
As far as you speculative question, we can only speculate an answer. There are four possible views:
1. Inhabitants from other planets haven't sinned and have no need of redemption.
2. Inhabitants from other planets have sinned and God has provided for them their own way to God that is different from ours.
3. Inhabitants from others planets have sinned, but are somehow included in what Christ did on the cross here on Earth.
4. Inhabitants from others planets have sinned, but God incarnated on their planets as He did on ours, and they have had revealed to them a way to redemption in their own world.
The only true information was have to go on is what we know:
1. We know of no life on other planets, let alone intelligent life.
2. Therefore we know of no sin on other planets that fits into your question.
3. For the time being (and perhaps forever), we have to go by what has been revealed to us in Romans 5.12: sin entered the cosmos (humanity) through one man, Adam.
Beyond these, you're asking us to speculate an answer on a speculative question—a speculative process at best.
