2 Corinthians 4:4 ESV

So satan is the god of this world?

What happens if we colonize Mars? Will the sinful spirituality subside there?

Technically, the term the ESV translates as "world" is αἰῶνος, which means "age." The "god" of this era. So if we colonize Mars, sinful spirituality will not subside there. It doesn't have to do with specific location as to the time period between Jesus's two advents.
