This is the Privacy Policy of The 3rd Choice, Inc. (the “Organization” or “we”) governing your use of the website at The3rdChoice.org (collectively, the “Website”).

In consideration of your use of the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and also our separate Terms of Use available via the home page of the Website.  Your use of the Website means that you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The information the Organization collects from you in connection with the Website is subject to the following terms.  This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and you are responsible for checking this Policy to determine if changes have occurred.  Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes to the Policy will mean that you accept the changes.

 The Organization reserves the right to monitor traffic and usage related to the Website.  The Organization may also use programs to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.
