1. Personal involvement: this is no involuntary manslaughter. “His hands.”
2. Lack of respect for life: “His hands shed…”
3. Lack of fairness—the victims were innocent!
4. Lack of justice—the victims were innocent!
5. The rules are different when shedding non-innocent blood
